Subscription & Account Management
We currently offer quarterly subscriptions, meaning you’ll receive your product every 3 months. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking on your profile. From here you’ll be able to edit your subscription in the following ways: update product variants, add a new product to your subscription, apply a discount, skip a shipment, gift a shipment to a friend, change the next order date, change your billing info, or cancel your subscription.
Yes! You can either place a one-time order or subscribe to receive our tampons and lubricant.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email from us. All orders are processed within 3 business days.

No, you will not be charged for cancelling your subscription! You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
If you want to delay future subscription orders, you can update your upcoming order dates or skip your next order when you go to your profile. In the top right corner of our website, select the profile icon to access your account. Then, select “Manage Account.” There will be a button to skip your upcoming order.

Yes, you can use our lubricant and tampons together! However, always ensure that you’re following the instructions on the box when using our tampons and lubricant.
If you want a smoother tampon insertion experience, then heck yeah! After all, who likes a dry slip and slide ;). Ok but really, try it out. If you want to make the process of using a tampon more comfortable, we made this just for you.
We’re excited that you asked! We’re proud to say that our tampons are 100% organic, GOTS certified cotton. The string is also 100% organic GOTS certified cotton with a water-repellent wax coating. Our applicators are made of a plant-based plastic material. Each tampon is sealed in a compostable wrapper. And, to top it all off, we’ll ship it to you in a compostable mailer! Here’s everything we put in our lubricant: Water, aloe barbadensis leaf extract*, sorbitol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, allantoin, lactic acid, tocopherol, potassium sorbate, stevia rebaudiana extract, paeonia albiflora root extract*, passiflora incarnata flower extract*, hyaluronic acid. (*Organic ingredients). Our lubricant is water-based, pH balanced, and free of any harsh ingredients.
Each box contains 18 compact applicator tampons.

It also helps to choose a position for comfortable insertion. This may be standing with one foot placed on a toilet seat, or sitting on the toilet with your knees apart.
1) Remove the tampon from its individual protective wrapping. Pull the inner tube out until it comes to a stop at the bottom of the outer tube. Make sure the removal cord is hanging down from the inner tube. Gently tug the cord once to ensure that it is securely attached and not damaged.
2) Use your thumb and middle finger to hold the applicator on the grooved rings. Place the tip of the applicator into your vaginal opening and gently push the applicator into the vagina.
3) Keep hold of the applicator using your thumb and middle finger and with your index finger gently push the smaller tube all the way into the bigger tube. Once the rings or both tubes come close to one another, the tampon has been inserted.
4) Gently remove the applicator. Once the tampon has been inserted, the removal cord should be protruding from the vaginal opening.

Here’s how to dispose of each component you receive:
The mailer your product was shipped in & the tampon wrapper → compost!
The box your tampons or lubricant came in → recycle!
The tampon applicator and tampon → your bin (and not the toilet)!
The lubricant bottle → the valve goes in the bin, the rest can be recycled or reused!
Please do not flush any tampons! Always throw tampons in the bin.
Regardless of the tampon size you choose, you should change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours. Never use higher absorbency tampons to extend the time a single tampon may be used. Never exceed 8 hours of use with a single tampon and do not use overnight.
To use Marlow’s lubricant with tampons, dip a clean applicator tampon into the lubricant container and then remove the tampon from the container. Do not reinsert the same tampon into the container more than once. For penile and/or vaginal application for sexual intercourse, apply a desired amount of lubricant to your intimate areas. Reapply as needed.
No, our personal lubricant does not protect against STIs and pregnancy as it does not contain spermicide.
Marlow’s lubricant is compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms. Our lubricant is not compatible and should not be used with polyurethane condoms.
Your lubricant should be stored at room temperature at all times. Your tampons should not be stored in temperatures above 25 degrees celsius or in high humidity.

If you have a subscription through Marlow, shipping is on us! Woo! However, if you are making a one-time purchase, shipping costs will apply. Shipping varies by location and can be seen during checkout.

To update your credit card on file, first click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen to ensure you’re logged in. From here, select “Manage Account” on the right side of the screen. Select “Manage Subscriptions” and then “Change payment info.” You will receive an email to securely update your payment information.
You will be charged for your first subscription order when you checkout online. Each following order will be charged upon the reorder date. You can view your upcoming delivery schedule by going to your account and selecting "Upcoming Orders."
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you are unable to locate the tracking number, you can message one of our representatives by clicking the messaging icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
If your product has been damaged or you received an incorrect order, we truly apologize! You can click on the message icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to contact one of our representatives and we will sort everything out for you!
