Marlow Tampons

Never received my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. Tried emailing (3 times) with no response, DM-ed on IG with no response, started a chat on the website (2 times) with no response. Received half a refund, $24.40 of the $48.80 that I purchased (11 days after placing my order) with no explanation as to why. My daughters & I like the products, but the customer service is unacceptable. I have yet to receive the rest of my refund & no one from customer service has reached out.

I was first introduced to Marlow tampons when the fitness studio I was going to (shoutout Junction 9) had them in their bathrooms. I tried the product first and then found out that it’s actually better for my health so I’ve kept buying them. Would recommend.

Some the reviews had me curious how effective they would be, happy to say I found they performed better than tampax. No leaking down the string.
